Open me.
A haunted case for iPhone Duo
Coming this HalloweenSound on. Contains jump scares.
It is old, it is leather, and it talks. Close your iPhone Duo and the outside screen becomes a haunted book cover. Open it and the case whispers to you, teases you, and asks to be closed again. The story carries on the next time you dare.

Closed, the outer screen is a worn leather cover with a brass clasp. "Open me" glows into the leather if you leave it waiting.

A dozen voiced stories play out across two or three openings. A countdown that stops at four. A game of hide and seek. Something asleep that notices how gently you close the hinge.

Every story ends with a short horror film. It builds while a heartbeat quickens in your hand, goes completely dark, then comes for you.

Between stories the case begs you to open it, while muffled voices from inside beg you not to. Knocks, scratches and a heartbeat come through the haptics.
